GARAGE DOORS

Garage doors are designed for use in both residential and multi-dwelling buildings. Our sectional garage doors open vertically and remain suspended under the ceiling, providing optimal parking space inside and in front of the garage. Importantly, our doors can be installed with a minimal headroom of 70 mm. The doors can be operated manually using handles and cables, or with the option of an electric opener (at an additional cost). With their panel construction and perimeter sealing, our doors offer excellent thermal insulation.

The construction of our garage doors consists of the curtain, supporting system, and drive system. The supporting structure is made of galvanized steel. The key components are the vertical and horizontal guides, along which the door curtain moves. The drive system includes a shaft with torsion springs that compensate for the weight of the door curtain. These springs have a durability of over 15,000 cycles, ensuring reliable and stable door operation for 15 years without issues.

Our garage doors are a reliable and space-saving solution for garages, providing durability and excellent thermal insulation.

  1. The door’s armor is made of galvanized and polyester-coated steel sheet (0.5 mm).
  2. The door panels are double-walled and insulated with 40 mm polyurethane foam.
  3. The sides of the panels are protected with secure fittings made of galvanized steel.
  4. Special panel design eliminates the risk of finger trapping between segments.
  5. The bottom and top panels are equipped with seals for enhanced insulation.
  6. Option to choose an electric drive for added convenience.
  7. The sturdy construction of galvanized steel and torsion springs ensures safety and durability.
  8. Excellent thermal insulation provided by 40 mm thick panels filled with polyurethane foam.
  9. Complete perimeter sealing with durable seals to prevent drafts and water infiltration.
  10. Vertical opening and folding of the door save space in the garage.
  11. Can be installed with a minimal lintel height of 70 mm.
  12. Wide selection of panel designs and surface structures available.
  13. External panels are painted in standard colors, while internal panels are always white.
  14. Additional color options are available for an extra fee.

Garage Systems

Standard System

The standard guide system is the basic version of the doors with a front spring shaft. While maintaining full functionality and quality, it is an economical solution.

In the standard guide system, the required headroom height is 300 mm, and the width of the guides is 100 mm. When using an electric drive, the required headroom height increases to 340 mm.

Additional accessories can be selected for the standard system, such as a lock, anti-burglary protection, spring breakage protection, and thermal insulation solutions

LHR+ System

The LHR+ guiding system is intended for use with LHR+ garage doors, which are a type of door that features a front spring shaft and a lowered profile. This modification to the design means that LHR+ doors require only 200 mm of headroom and 100 mm of sideroom on either side. If an electric drive is added, the required headroom height increases to 240 mm.

The LHR+ system builds on the design of the Standard system, but it is even more durable and reliable due to the use of double horizontal guides and vertical guides reinforced with side plates. This system also offers a range of optional accessories, including locks, anti-burglary protection, spring fracture protection, and thermal insulation solutions such as expanding joint sealing tape.

RSC System

The RSC guiding system is an innovative option for guiding LHR+ doors that offers even greater efficiency and simplicity than the standard system. Like the LHR+ system, RSC doors require only 200 mm of headroom (240 mm with an electric drive) and 100 mm of sideroom on each side.

One notable feature of the RSC system is the “New Click” snap-on installation, which allows for quick and easy fixing of the shaft, springs, and other protective devices. By using headroom and spacing profiles, there is no need to make control measurements during assembly.

To enhance safety, the RSC system includes devices that protect against rupture of springs, preventing the gate from falling farther than 300 mm. These devices are equipped with a new snap-on fixing system for added convenience.

Finally, the RSC system includes covers for horizontal guides and end caps for the shaft, which not only provide a professional look but also improve the overall visual standards of the gate.

RES70 System

The guiding system of the RES70 garage doors is designed to provide maximum space efficiency while maintaining structural strength. The rear spring shaft allows for a lower required headroom height, making it ideal for spaces with limited overhead clearance. The load-bearing structure is reinforced by double horizontal guides, a reinforced side sheet, and an additional headroom profile for added stability.

When choosing the RES70 system, it is recommended to also consider additional accessories such as a lock for added security, anti-burglary protection, protection against spring breakage, and thermal insulation solutions for improved energy efficiency.

Overall, the RES70 guiding system is an ideal solution for commercial and residential properties with limited headroom and a need for durable and efficient garage doors.

Minimum sizes of installation for RES70 guiding system:

B (horizontal clearance of opening) – 1900-4000 mm
H (vertical clearance of opening) – 1870-2500 mm
N (free lintel) – 70 mm
N* (free lintel – doors with motor) – 110 mm
L,P (width of jambs) – 100 mm
F (fixing depth of horizontal guides) – H + 450 mm
F* (depth of installation of motor rail) – 3200 if H ≤ 2300 mm
doors with motor – 3700 if 2560 ≥ H ≥ 2300
